There aren't 46 children in Fourth Class! Some had to abandon the questionnaire at the first attempt at 2:30pm

 

Generally, Maths is enjoyed and understood. We must continue to consider those that still find Maths a bit of a struggle.

Group work, project work, practical exercises and practice on computer programs could be done more often.

Surprisingly, Maths is used more often in ranganna Gaeilge than in science or any other subject!

The most heartening element is the acknowledgement that Maths can be, and is, useful to the children in many areas outside of school.
